We use your personal information for the following purposes: managing your account and facilitating investment operations on our platform, complying with legal and regulatory obligations established by the Financial Market Commission (CMF) and Law No. 19,628 on Protection of Private Life, communicating with you about the status of your investments, platform updates, and relevant opportunities, improving our services and user experience, and preventing fraud and ensuring transaction security.

3. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. However, we may share your data with technology service providers that assist us in operating the platform (under strict confidentiality agreements), regulatory authorities such as the CMF when required by law, banking entities for transfer and payment management, and legal and accounting advisors for regulatory compliance.
